Information on the processing of personal data relating to browsing the website and contacting MiniMiniature.

1. Data processed while browsing

The website is hosted by Netlify. In order to serve the pages and protect the operation of the website, the hosting infrastructure may process technical data associated with web requests, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, requested URL, date and time of the request, and similar technical information. MiniMiniature currently does not use its own analytics, profiling or behavioural advertising tools.

2. Data provided voluntarily

The website does not contain contact forms, registrations, accounts or newsletters. If you choose to contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, the data you decide to provide — for example your name, contact details and the content of your message — will be processed solely in order to respond to your enquiry, assess the possible presentation of MiniMiniature, and manage any resulting organisational or contractual relationship.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• operation, security and availability of the website: the Data Controller's legitimate interest in providing a secure and functioning web service;
• responding to enquiries and preparing organisational proposals: taking pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject and, where applicable, managing the contractual relationship;
• compliance with any legal, administrative, tax or accounting obligations: compliance with legal obligations.

4. Recipients and external services

Technical browsing data may be processed by the hosting provider Netlify in the course of providing its service. The website also contains links to Instagram and WhatsApp and allows an embedded YouTube video to be loaded, in privacy-enhanced mode, only after an explicit choice by the user. When you choose to use these external services, the relevant provider receives technical connection data and processes data according to its own privacy policy.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

The use of international providers such as Netlify and, at the user's choice, Google/YouTube or Meta may involve the processing or transfer of data outside the European Economic Area. These providers state that they adopt the transfer mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable law. For up-to-date details, please consult their respective privacy policies.

6. Retention

Messages and contact data are retained for as long as necessary to respond and, if a professional relationship is established, for the period required to manage it and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Technical data from the hosting infrastructure are retained according to the procedures and periods defined by the service provider.

7. Rights

Where provided for by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may exercise these rights by writing to a.borsacchi@audiation.org. You also retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

8. Children's data

MiniMiniature is an artistic project also intended for children, but this website has informational and organisational purposes and is not designed to collect children's personal data directly. Please do not send personal data relating to minors unless necessary for the specific request.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated when the website's functions, the providers used or the applicable obligations change. The date of the latest revision is shown above.
